If you are 35 and
“out of shape” then you
are old. If you are 75
and fit and flexible, then
you are young.”

What is our Mission?
Our mission is to give our students a program that is functional and useful in
everyday life. We take exercises, recreate them, modify and customize them to suit individual needs. The ME Fit Yoga and Pilates staff is dedicated to providing a comfortable and motivational environment in a professional atmosphere, while supporting our clients to progress to their fullest capacity. Our method combines traditional Pilates with a more progressive approach to training
Our fort lies in helping each student to find their personal alignment, to help to reconnect. We help you find where you disconnect. When we find this, we start to find how to heal, to grow, and to rebuild.
Create your own group:
Bring your own group of four or five together for a specified time and class theme. We can
tailor mat and Reformer classes to your group’s fitness level.Try our popular yoga-pilates combination to resore the neutral spine and to quiet the
mind.
Or try a (Butt Blaster) routine if you seek more intensity and heat in your routine.
