Spin
Spin is a self-paced group cycling class.  The instructor sets the cadence, but your heart rate determines the level of intensity.  No complicated moves to learn, just a motivating group environment and top-notch instruction.  This low impact, high intensity cardiovascular workout focuses on the quads, glutes, and hamstrings without pounding or straining the joints or connective tissues.  If you’re an experienced cyclist, spin classes can help improve your pedal stroke, boost your cardio endurance and increase your strength for those long weekend adventures.  Plus, you’ll continue to burn fat even after you get off the bike. Our Yoga/Spin combination class is a great introduction to both Yoga and Spinning.  Working with basic yoga poses as well as hip opening poses.  This class gives you a sample of spin and a taste of yoga, bringing length to your muscles after an intense workout.
