mandywebMandy Hockema:  A graduate of ferrier school and a one-time ranch hand in Wyoming, this Newport girl clearly loves to kick it.  After attending Linn Benton and OSU, she married an Alaskan fisherman.  As the mother of two busy, busy boys, she quickly learned to turn to fitness for stress relief and a way to stay energized and healthy for herself and her family.  A love of movement keeps her hiking, camping, rock climbing and cycling with her family.

suzannewebSuzanne Silvonen: A high-five specialist and life enthusiast, Suzanne's passions run deep and wide: triathalons, hiking, snow boarding, rafting, and chalk art, just to name a few.  The mother of two cutie pies, she is continuing her education to become a certified massage therapist as well as a certified nutritionist.  A strong believer in "You are what you eat," Suzanne coaches her clients from dinner table to push-up to treadmill.  When she's not raising the roof (whoop, whoop), she's raising the bar, confident that her clients will exceed their own expectationsand find their own unique path to healthy living.

tammy-wTammy LeBoss: Tammy gave her cushy corporate job the boot to pursue her love of health and fitness as a career.  She then added exercise science and nutrition from the University of San Diego to her existing B.A. from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill .  A personal trainer, yoga and Pilates instructor for over 15 years now, she is helping to build health clubs and yoga studios in various locations in Oregon.

Being a "kinetic creature" by nature, Tammy deals with various forms of injuries of her own, thus infuses various yoga and Pilates modalities to nurture herself and her students. Rooted in the belief that we can only gain strength and balance from the inside-out, her teaching style is playful yet very alignment-based. Her students, physical injuries, and her own life movements she believes are her best teachers.
