
Suzanne Silvonen: A High-5 specialist and life enthusiast, Suzanne’s passions run deep and wide: triathlons, hiking, snow boarding, rafting and chalk art, just to name a few. The mother of two cutie pies, she’s continuing her education to become a licensed massage therapist as well as a certified nutritionist. A strong believer in “you are what you eat,†Suzanne coaches her clients from dinner table to push-up to treadmill. When she’s not raising the roof (whoop-whoop), she’s raising the bar, confident that her clients will exceed their own expectations and find their own unique path to healthy living.

Beth Williams: As a personal trainer, Beth Williams works with clients committed to feeling better. She coaches them through weight loss, increased cardiovascular endurance, strength gain, and increased mobility.
